This CD is specifically developed for the use with high quality headphones.
The brainwave entrainment effects are only present while wearing headphones.
It is recommended to relax on a bed with closed eyes.
The longer the CD is used, the more likely an OBE will become, and a 30 day commitment is advisable (once a day).

The CD contains one long track of approx. one hour and steps through different levels of brainwave frequencies, slowly approaching the Delta state in five specific frequency steps.
The step size is partially based on specific universal geometric relationships. It then reverses this process to bring you back to the starting frequency of full conscious awareness.
During the entire CD subliminal messages are played.
Set the volume level so that the sound of the wind in the background is audible, but not so high that the sound distorts.
