Forever panel

The panel technology is based on physics, not chemistry and just like the physics of a lever it will always work .It uses aluminium crystats in a similar way your computer screen uses silicon crystals to create light and heat. The panel provides continuos light at a level so that people with normal vision can see when no other light is available. It would be supplementary to normal lighting for first world use and could be the primary source for other applications. The panel will be bright in warmer environments and dimmer in cold environments but either way will not stop emitting light.

The panel can be placed anywhere on earth, from the polar caps to the hottest deserts into the deepest oceans and to the highest mountains and finally into space, in its current design a panel will slowly fail in a full vacuum. This lighting at this stage is primarily EMERGENCY LIGHTING we are not promoting it to replace a 40 watt bulb ,not at this stage anyway.

The material named XO3 is nearly as hard as diamond so it cannot be cut or drilled, you will have some small progress and than the tools will blunt totally. The way to cut the panel is to heat up the line you would like to cut with a heat gun and than while the plastic is soft it can be cut with scissors as the XO3 material actually separates in this process and is not actually cut, best if the edge is sealed up with a lacquer or paint. The panel is just like a piece of Perspex or a glass window pane, it acts just like Perspex as the plastic holds the material in place.

The panel uses heat to produce the light and in a single panel form the light is similar to a bright night light but much brighter but not quite enough to read it takes multiple panels together to create enough light for this but brightness can be achieved ,with about 8 panels become very bright but it must be remembered that these panels can not be turned off so if placed in your bedroom for lighting than you better be able to sleep with the light on, so placement is much to be thought of, to turn them off they must be covered. If the panel is cut into 150mm square sections than they can be used for excellent night lights simply stuck to the wall about 12 inches from the ground.

I have a panel in my kitchen and it is up on a shelf near the ceiling sitting vertical so I get the light from both sides of the panel and the light it emits is a bright glow which illuminates the whole room, I can see the whole rooms contents and walk around comfortable with my surrounds but as my night vision improves than so does the light of the room to a point where I can just about read, so if I had multiple panels I would be able to read but this is not encouraged as a reading panel is in the development stages.. A customer has lined their whole ceiling and when the electric light is turned on you cannot tell the difference in light they are replacing the light well but you can not than turn them off.

These panels require some form of reference of light to work best, they will send off light without it but if exposed to a light source first they work better, similar to glow paint or glow material but they don’t dim down. For best results store in a normally bright area, the panel requires no direct sunlight effort to learn its reference level just a lit area. Don’t place in an area where there has never been light, as the light will be dim, but in saying this if the area heats up than so does the light become brighter. Hot air rises so will be warmer on the ceiling, so the panel will have more heat to convert to light, but don’t place in front of a heater as they will soften.

The panel gives off light from all surfaces, so if hung vertical you will get light from both sides.
Install near or above areas you would like to light up, they can be placed flat and work just fine from one side. They do not replace a 40watt bulb in single form but do almost in multiple sections but for some they maybe to costly but they will last for an estimated thousand years and more.

These have been made to replace ceiling tiles in office buildings hence the size 590x590x1.5mm
For the brightest output a panel installed with a highly polished 75deg bent 20cm sided reflector channel above it than all light is directed down to the floor, this also gives you an extra 100% increase in useful light. When installed this way a panel cut into 4 strips 150mm wide and 590 long will light a 6x4 room from sunset to sunrise forever ,If the panels are installed to get the last light from the sun of the day you will be able to read for about an hour.

The web site will be operational in about a month so a lot of info and testimonials will be available so you can make a comfortable decision about your purchases. The amount of light each panel produces is approx 2 candles or 5 watts or 2 lux emergency lighting.

If you are thinking of purchasing maybe purchase a half panel so you can experience the light and the different applications it can be used for. To put it simply if you are in a dark environment where you cannot see your hand in front of you (which maybe here before we know it) than these panels will give you enough light so you don’t go MAD and you can survive and operate sainly and be assured that your light is always lite. They will NEVER go out.
